Do you do Legal Aid matters?
Yes, we are on the Victoria Legal Aid and New South Wales Legal Aid panels for criminal matters. Contact our office today so we can assess your eligibility for a grant of aid.

What are your fees?
We charge $500 including GST for an initial consultation in which we assess your matter and develop a strategy for the way forward. We ensure that you and we agree on the work we’re going to do for you, and the cost of that work, before we start, so we’re on the same page from the very beginning.
If you are eligible for legal aid, legal aid may pay all your fees or ask that you make a contribution taking into account your personal financial circumstances.
